Many products you receive from ISLK are unique items that have been specially made to order on demand. We guarantee our merchandise will be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund, credit or exchange. Be advised that clothing with an all-over print may have aberrations on some seams due to the sublimation process. Those are not defects.
You have 7 days from receiving your package to inform us of any defects. ISLK Apparel will issue a refund, credit or exchange within 2 days of us receiving the defective product.
We do not accept returns on discounted or sale products. This includes products purchased using all or partial FLRTS Rewards. The following provides further guidance:
01 We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally (returns from Canada are allowed)
02 All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached
03 Products can only be returned if defective or ISLK Apparel sent the wrong product or size. Products can not be returned due to the customer purchasing an incorrect size or product. ISLK Apparel works diligently to provide sizing information for all worn products. This information is found in the "Sizing Chart" or on the "Product Image" on each product's web page
04 Merchandise received after 15 days of purchase will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit
05 We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective
06 We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website
07 We cannot guarantee changes to an order once the order has begun to be processed
08 If you are unsure about sizes, colors, or printing techniques, submit a test order before making a large purchase
09 Only one return transaction per order will be accepted. Therefore, it is best to carefully examine ALL items received to ensure satisfaction before making a return of a portion of your order.
10 Until the Company receives the returned merchandise, you are responsible for any loss. It is very important that any returned items are in the best (i.e., original) condition possible; you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, so please take care of them. Please retain original packaging and labels.
11 Products purchased through a Brick and Mortar store must be returned to that store. Those products can not be processed on this website.
Before shipping back your product, an ISLK Customer Service Representative must approve it. You may submit your request by following these steps:
01 Log in to the ISLK.COM website
02 At the top of the page or in the page menu, click on "Account"
03 You will now be on the Orders page
04 Click the order whose product you wish to return
05 At the top right, click "Request return"
06 Select the product and then select a reason. Add a note is warranted.
07 Click "Request Return". You will return to the orders page and see your requested return notice on the top left. You will also receive an email acknowledging the request.
08 During the request review, you may be asked to email a photo of any damaged or malformed products.
Once your request is approved, you will be emailed a tracking number and, if required, a shipping label to your ISLK.COM account. You must print your return shipping label and attach it to the package containing your return items.
You will be notified when your return is received at our facilities with an indication of what will follow (either a replacement will be sent, a refund will be provided, or a FLRTS credit will be given).
For refunds, if you have paid by PayPal and have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase.
If you have requested the refund go towards your FLRTS points, be advised that returning funds usually takes 48 hours to appear in your ISLK.COM account. This credit, once available, may be used to make a purchase on ISLK.COM. Unless otherwise noted on your order receipt, you must return your purchase to the following address:
