Many products you receive from ISLK Apparel are unique, tailor-made items that have been specially made to order on demand. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund, credit or exchange. Be advised that clothing with an all-over print may have aberations on some seams due to the sublimation process. Those are not defects. You have 7 days from the date you receive your package to inform us of any defects. ISLK Apparel will issue a refund, credit or exchange within 2 days of us receiving the defective product. We do not accept returns on discounted or sale products. This includes products purchased using all or partial FLRTS Rewards. The following provides further guidance:
Prior to shipping back your product, an ISLK Customer Service Representative must approve it. You may submit your request by following these steps:
You will see under the Returns History that RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number shows "Pending". This will change once Customer Support reviews your claim and uploaded picture. If approved, you will receive the RMA number by email. All returns and exchanges must have a RMA number to be accepted. If your request is approved by ISLK Apparel, the RMA number must be written on the original invoice you received and this invoice must accompany the merchandise returned.
